This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and MHAppTrack (“MHAppTrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of MHAppTrack’s websites, including mhapptrack.com (the “Website”), and any related services, products, or content (collectively, the “Services”).

If you do not agree to any modification, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

3. Access to the Website and Security

You are responsible for:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of MHAppTrack. MHAppTrack may assign this Agreement without restriction. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any documents incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MHAppTrack regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
